Hello Vendors!
We are excited to have you at our Summer Carnival on July 23, 1-4 pm! This will be located at New Summit Charter Academy (7899 Lexington Dr. CO Springs 80920).
The cost to be a vendor for this event is $50, or a tradeoff raffle basket with contents exceeding a $100 value. Payment can be made by clicking on the payment button or scanning the QR code. If your company chooses to do the raffle basket or a NSCA family creating a game, please register below and note that there will be a raffle basket/game provided on the day of, rather than paying the $50 vendor fee.
Please keep in mind that this is first-come, first-served event meaning that the first vendor from each MLM Company to pay will have their spot (1 Mary Kay, 1 Scentsy, etc…). Anyone else will go on a waitlist in case we have a spot that opens up.
This reserves your company a 10×10 non-electric spot. Please bring your own table, supplies, and pop-up tent if needed since this will be an outdoor event. Last time we held our Summer Carnival we had over 2,000 people in attendance and this year we expect even more! Our school has over 600 families that will be invited and we will have marketing going out to the community as well. Click here to view our marketing sheet for more information.
As a vendor you do not have to have a carnival game, but tickets will not be charged at any vendor booths to bring more traffic to those stations. Prizes will not be provided by the school if you do choose to have a game at your booth. Prizes will be awarded for the best carnival game, so keep that in mind as you plan for the carnival.
