Tania was born and raised in Colorado Springs, CO. She attended college in Kansas City, Missouri, to earn dual associate degrees in Applied Science. Tania has certifications in Certified Nurse Aide, Emergency Medical Technician, and Firefighting.

Tania has worked as a Veterinary Technician, a Nurse/Health Aide, and a Firefighter/EMT. She has spent the last six years in Emergency Medical Services and the Fire Department. Her background includes working with abused, neglected, traumatized, and developmentally delayed children. Her experience is in pediatrics. She has worked in the NICU, PICU, Anesthesia, and Maternal/Fetal departments at The Children's Hospital in Aurora.

Tania has a beautiful daughter and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys working out, weight lifting, hiking, and spending time with family.
