Alysha is a Colorado native who graduated from the University of Hawaii with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. She is excited to begin teaching at New Summit Charter Academy, bringing seven years of experience teaching Kindergarten previously. Alysha is passionate about making learning fun and celebrating all the growth and milestones kids reach during Kindergarten.

After moving back from Hawaii, Alysha met her husband, Justin. He is an Army Veteran from Long Island, NY. They now have a son, Levi (10), and a daughter, Ruby (4).

In addition to teaching, Alysha loves coaching cheerleading, cooking, and reading a good book. She is so excited to be part of the New Summit Charter Academy family!
