This summer, we had the unexpected costs of replacing our HVAC unit and completing the necessary repairs for the Bluepoint Safety Alert System. We are also updating the indoor building lighting and parking lot lamps due to safety being our top of mind for staff leaving past dark. Although we do expect maintenance costs to be higher in the summer and ongoing upgrades, these projects are costing more than our approved school year budget.
