The New Summit Charter Academy Care Closet provides “no-cost” shopping for our NSCA families. School uniforms, clothing, including outerwear and shoes in many sizes, school supplies, non-perishable food, as well as personal hygiene products are available to help meet students’ basic needs, while also removing the stigma from kids who can’t afford them otherwise.
At New Summit Charter Academy we are about supporting the whole child. We realize that sometimes life is difficult and things happen that make it challenging to provide the most basic necessities for your child.
Lost jobs, deaths in the family, illnesses, or any number of life challenges may influence your family. We are here to help support our students and families in any way we can. The Care Closet, run by NSCA staff and parent volunteers is a way that we can help our families and students succeed.
You didn’t have to, but you did. Thank you for being an angel to me when I needed one most.
